What sizes do you carry?

Active Liberated bras are available in sizes M to 4XL, carefully selected and fit-tested for Asian proportions. Our range covers under-bust from approximately 65 cm to 95 cm and bust from 82 cm to 112 cm, depending on the style. Full size charts are available on each product page.

How do I measure myself?

You'll need two measurements: your under-bust and your bust.

Underbust: Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly below your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the ground and breathe normally.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

For most styles, size by under-bust first — the band is what delivers the support. If your under-bust and bust point to different sizes, your product page has specific guidance on which measurement to prioritize for that style.

What is the difference between your sports bras and daily bras?

Our sports bras (Alma, Valora, Blythe) are designed for active sessions - gym, yoga, hiking, and training - with varying levels of support to match your intensity. Our daily bras (Beatrix, Wanda, Emery) are crafted for all-day comfort, with lighter support and breathable fabrics designed to move with you from morning to night. Both ranges are designed for your body, in sizes M–4XL.

How do I choose the right bra for my activity?

Here's a quick guide by intensity:

Highest intensity (running, HIIT, gym circuits): Alma — high compression, front zip, firm support

Training sessions with consistent support (strength, fitness classes): Valora — medium-high support, precision-seamed panels

Studio and everyday active (yoga, pilates, walks, casual gym): Blythe — medium support, elegant scalloped trim

All-day wear (work from home, errands, rest days, or light stretches at home): Beatrix, Wanda, or Emery — light support, breathable everyday comfort.

I'm between sizes — what should I do?

Each product page includes specific between-sizes guidance for that style, because different fabrics and constructions fit differently. As a general rule:

Sports bras: choose smaller for maximum support; larger for a more comfortable fit

Daily bras: choose larger for comfortable everyday wear; your usual size for a closer, more secure feel

Do your bras have underwire?

No. All Active Liberated bras are wire-free. Support is delivered through fabric construction, compression panels, and fit engineering — designed to hold you in comfortably without underwire digging in.

Are the cups and pads removable?

Yes, our styles include removable pads. Wear them in for shape and coverage, or remove them for a lighter feel. Your bra, your call.

What are your bras made from?

We use performance fabrics selected for their stretch, recovery, and breathability. Fabric compositions vary by style - from high-stretch nylon-spandex blends for our daily bras to polyester-spandex performance fabrics for our sports bras. Full fabric details are listed on each product page.

Why is Active Liberated different from other activewear brands?

Most activewear brands are designed for Western body proportions and then scaled up. We took a different approach: our bras are carefully selected and fit-tested specifically for Asian curves across from M to 4XL. Every curation and fit decision starts with the body we are designing for - yours. We exist because Asian curvy women deserve activewear that actually fits, supports, and makes them feel included in fitness culture.

What does "designed for Asian proportions" actually mean?

Asian bodies often carry weight differently from Western body types: proportionally shorter torsos, different shoulder widths, and different bust-to-waist ratios at extended sizes. Standard activewear scaled up from Western patterns often misses the mark for us: the band hits wrong, the straps gap, the cups don't align. Our fit process accounts for these differences, so when you put one of our bras on, it should feel like it was made for you. Because it was.

How do I care for my Active Liberated bra? 

Remove padding inserts before wash. Machine wash bra on a gentle cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying and ironing to preserve fabric stretch and shape. 

Hand wash bra paddings in warm water and mild soap. Rinse and gently squeeze off excess water. Lay flat to dry completely and prevent deformation.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We ship within Singapore and to Malaysia (Peninsular and East Malaysia).

All orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed (Monday–Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

Timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch. For Malaysia orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
