How do I measure myself?
You need two measurements: your underbust (around your ribcage, directly under your bust) and your bust (around the fullest part). For most styles, size by underbust first. Full size charts are on each product page.
I'm between sizes — what should I do?
For sports bras: choose smaller for more support, larger for more comfort. For daily bras: choose larger for an easy everyday fit, your usual size for a closer feel. Each product page has style-specific guidance if you need it.
Do your bras have underwire?
All Active Liberated bras are wire-free. Support comes from fabric construction and fit engineering, not underwire.
Are the pads removable?
All styles come with removable pads. Wear them in for shape and coverage, or take them out — your call.
